What destinations do you cover?

Bluewave offers services across major cities in Africa, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Our fleet and logistics network allow us to arrange flights to most international airports and private terminals worldwide.
Do you operate scheduled flights?

We do not operate scheduled flights. All flights are chartered on-demand and tailored to your schedule, preferences, and destination requirements.
How far in advance should I book?

For optimal availability, we recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance. However, we can often arrange flights on much shorter notice, depending on aircraft availability and route permits.
Can I make changes after booking?

Yes. Changes to passenger details, departure times, or destinations can be made subject to aircraft and crew availability. Some changes may incur additional charges.
What aircraft types do you offer?

Our fleet includes light jets, mid-size jets, long-range jets, turboprops, and VIP-configured airliners. Specific models include the Bombardier Global 6000, Embraer Legacy 600, and Hawker 800, among others.
Are all aircraft Wi-Fi enabled?

Do you provide ground handling for third-party flights?

Can you arrange VIP airport transfers?

Absolutely. We can arrange chauffeured luxury vehicles to and from your aircraft, ensuring a seamless transition between air and ground transport.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and select mobile payment solutions. Payment terms vary depending on the nature of the booking.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are usually refundable minus administrative fees. Closer cancellations may incur higher charges due to crew and aircraft scheduling commitments.
